We use it to keep a record of the actions we take. Here is specified what we have done, when, who .. It is a free tool that although it is not the most complete, for those looking for something simple to manage projects like us, it is perfect. It is not the best tool to manage a large project, I think it lacks options and especially integration with other tools.
